What are you going to do?

As Product Owner, you are responsible for the roadmap and further development of our Flawless Data Platform and associated AI solutions. You work closely with developers, consultants and customers to translate the product vision into concrete features that deliver value.

Your responsibilities:

• Product roadmap: Define the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business strategy. Prioritize features and developments that have maximum impact.
• Backlog management: Manage the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure that the development team always has clear priorities.
• Stakeholder management: Gather input from consultants, customers, and the management team. Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Development coordination: Work daily with the development team (developers, data engineers). Answer questions, provide feedback, and validate solutions.
• Sprint planning and reviews: Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and demos. Ensure effective collaboration between product and development.
• Product strategy: Contribute to the long-term product vision. Identify opportunities for new features, integrations, and AI applications.
• Quality and Validation: Define acceptance criteria, test new features, and ensure releases meet quality requirements and customer expectations.
• Market and competition analysis: Stay up to date with trends in data platforms, AI, and the manufacturing industry. Translate these insights into product improvements.
• Customer Feedback: Analyze feedback from consultants and customers in the field. Use this input to continuously improve the product.

Who are we looking for?

• Training: HBO/WO in Computer Science, Business IT & Management, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role in a software/SaaS environment, preferably with data or AI products.
• Technical: Good understanding of software development, data architecture, APIs, and modern tech stacks. Experience with Azure, Python, dbt or Django is an advantage.
• Agile/Scrum: Experience with Agile working methods, Scrum and tools such as Jira, Linear or similar. CSPO certification is an advantage.
• Analytical: You can analyze data, interpret user feedback and make informed product decisions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills. You switch effortlessly between developers, consultants, customers and management.
• Ownership: You take responsibility for the product, think in terms of solutions and dare to make choices.
• Customer-focused: You understand customer needs and translate them into features that deliver real value.
• Languages: Excellent Dutch and good English, spoken and written.
