Hi, we are Flawless Workflow. With our Data & AI platform we help organizations Zero-Admin Enterprises to become. We turn data into insights and provide AI agents that support people in their daily work as digital colleagues. That means less manual administration, fewer errors, faster decisions, and more time for work that really matters.

Our goal is to make organizations in the Netherlands (and later in Europe) more future-proof, more efficient and more competitive by making data and AI a natural part of how they work. This allows teams to scale up without extra staff and increase their impact.

Today, we focus on suppliers in construction, manufacturing companies and organizations in the social sector. That's where our solutions are already helping teams save hundreds of hours of repetitive work each year and work better together across systems and departments.

Why this role

We're scaling up our product: we have a proven product, strong customer stories, and a market that's ready for change. Now we're looking for someone who really wants to own demand generation and convert momentum into a predictable, repeatable pipeline.

You work closely with the founders, sales, product owners and a fellow marketer. You get the freedom, support and space to experiment, set up a strong marketing system and the ownership to make it work. If you are proactive, you have the right expertise and are happy to take the lead, this is your chance. In the long run, you will also have the opportunity to further build and grow the marketing team.

This role is for you if you want to go fast, want to experiment a lot, want to help build how marketing works within a rapidly growing tech scale-up, and want to grow to Head of Growth/Marketing Lead.

What you're going to do

You are building the growth pipeline:

  • Go To Market & Strategy: Thinking about and implementing our go-to-market approach: positioning, messaging, channels and measurability. We build, deliver, learn and iterate.
  • Campaigns & Lead Generation: Set up and further develop campaigns via the channels that work for our market (LinkedIn, outbound support, webinars/events, partnerships and retargeting where relevant).
  • Content & proof: Create converting assets (landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, ROI stories, email sequences) that convert “interest” into appointments. Create/deliver sales enablement material.
  • Nurture engine: Our product arouses enthusiasm; we need someone to help build the “timing machine”. You design a nurture program to consistently move accounts towards sales-ready.
  • Website growth: Continuously improving our website as a conversion engine: with a clear story, compelling evidence and clear value.
  • Proof & customer marketing: Together, turn customer stories into case studies/testimonials and a referral engine.
  • Analytics & marketing ops: Set up tracking, attribution and dashboards, plus lead routing and CRM hygiene, so we know what works and we can scale up.

What we look for in our Growth Marketer

  • You are a hands-on B2B SaaS growth marketer with 3—5 years of experience running account-based campaigns.
  • You've worked with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads in a B2B context and are familiar with conversion tracking and basic attribution.
  • You can set up and execute Account Based Marketing plays end-to-end: define ICP, build target lists, segment target groups, create ads and landing pages, and set up nurture flows. You're not just launching, you're closing the loop with sales.
  • You can translate a product into clear, convincing copy (landing pages, ads, emails, sales material). You understand enterprise messaging and can translate product value into sharp, converting creatives.
  • You are a doer and a strategic thinker: you can make the plan, but you also deliver every week.
  • You care about a product story. You like to dive into the product, find the sharpest story and translate that into messaging that really touches you.
  • You are strict about reporting. Weekly dashboards, clear hypotheses, and fast iteration cycles: this is how you work. You don't gamble; you test, learn and optimize.
  • Comfort with tooling: CRM, email automation, AI tools, LinkedIn/Google Ads (and you're not afraid of new tools).
  • Ambition.

Big plus

  • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or product organizations.
  • Familiar with AI-assisted workflows (e.g. using Claude for copy of research)
  • Experience in construction supply/construction/manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in an IT/tech or data environment
