Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR) - AI & Data Solutions

The mission
Hi There! Flawless Workflow is on a roll. We've built an AI agent for processes and deliver insights from company data, with bouwtoeleveringen and social sector on the horizon, we are saving organizations hours of manual work, reducing errors, and unlocking growth without adding headcount. We are making the organization of Netherlads future driven!
Now we need you to help us tell that story to the world.
As our first SDR, you won't be handed a script and told to dial. You'll help us shape how we reach the market, build outreach sequences that actually work, and become the first voice our future clients hear. This with all support and toolings you may need to make sure you are successfull.
What you'll actually do
- Hunt and qualify leads from our adressable market and Ideal customer profile.
- Run outbound sequences — email, LinkedIn, calls with sharp messaging that resonates with Directors, Managers, and Operations leaders
- Book discovery meetings (Kennismakingsgesprekken) for our Account Executives
- Learn the customer deeply — you'll understand company priocess pains better than most people in the industry
- Iterate, improve, gamify for success — test messaging, track what works, share insights with the team
- Own the pipeline & impact the game plan — keep a crystal-clear view of outreach and opportunities, give clear input to the team and insights that will impact strategy
- Team up — collaborate with AEs, founders and marketing to sharpen messaging, align on campaigns, and turn learnings from the field into content that generates demand
- Work with our tools — Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Notion
What we’re looking for
- A natural relationship builder — you win trust quickly, communicate confidently at every level, and enjoy turning a cold conversation into a long-term partnership
- Energised by the unknown — new markets with no playbook, new industries, and new channels excite you; you help create the playbook as you go
- Commercially sharp and consultative — you focus on understanding real pain (not pitching), listen deeply, and use data to prioritise your time
- Clear communicator who’s not afraid of the phone — you like making complex topics simple and you pick up the phone without hesitation
- You can come in with relevant studies, some early experience, or simply strong motivation and the drive to learn fast and grow into the position.
- e.g. of relevant studies: Commercial Economics, IBA, BIT (or similar), or a technical background (IT/engineering/data) with strong commercial ambition
- Proactive, eager to learn, and strong communicator
- Organised — you keep records clean, follow up consistently, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Fluent in Dutch
- Hybrid At least 3 times a week in Enschede.
Nice to haves
Experience in B2B sales, or business development. Background in SaaS, AI, or process automation. Networks in manufacturing, social sector or construction. Familiarity with IT landscapes environments like ERPs and other tools.
